Cancellation and refunds

Cancel your subscription

Sign in, open Billing and choose Manage subscription to open Stripe’s customer portal. Cancel the subscription there and check the confirmation and effective end date. If you cannot access the portal, contact the seller below with the email used for your subscription.

Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After a paid period begins, ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and normally keeps access until the confirmed period end. Paid features, hosted schedules and managed social connections may stop or be removed once access expires. Keep an export of any content you need.

Refund requests

Contact us about duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges, a service problem or a statutory refund request. Include your subscription email and relevant invoice reference, but never send full card details. We review the billing records and applicable rights. Outside rights required by law or a specific remedy we agree with you, we do not promise refunds for unused portions of a paid period.

Consumer withdrawal rights

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days from concluding an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The free trial does not replace or waive that right. Email the seller below with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and the email used for the subscription; you may use the model below but do not have to.

Mandatory refund rights remain available. Any lawful deduction for service supplied during a withdrawal period depends on the consent and information required by applicable law; acceptance of these terms alone is not treated as a waiver. We will handle a valid withdrawal and any refund within the applicable legal deadline.
